Now on my 35th Week!

Hello Arvee!
35 weeks pregnant

By this stage, your baby doesn't have much room to roam. Your little one is so snug in your uterus that you may notice he doesn't seem to be moving around as much anymore. Don't be surprised if you see an arm, elbow, or knee poking against the skin of your tummy as he stretches and squirms, though. His head may drop down into your pelvis ready for birth — this is known as "engagement" — although some babies, especially second or later ones, don't engage before labor begins.

Your baby now weighs about 5.25 pounds/ 2.4 kilograms and measures approximately 18 inches/ 45 centimeters from head to toe. His elbow, foot or head may protrude from your stomach when he stretches and squirms about. Soon, as the wall of your uterus and your abdomen stretch thinner and let in more light, your baby will begin to develop daily activity cycles.

This week, your little one is now sporting fingernails and has a fully developed pair of kidneys. His liver can also process some waste products.

There's much less amniotic fluid and much more baby in your uterus, which has expanded to a thousand times its original size. You've probably put on between 25 and 30 pounds/ 11 and 13.6 kilograms and your weight gain has hit its peak. Even your belly button has got bigger and has popped outward. You may be feeling breathless now that the top of your uterus is up under your ribs. Try getting down on all fours to take deeper breaths. Although the pressure on your bladder will make the bathroom your second home, don't drink any less water - your baby needs the fluids. But you may like to cut down on diuretic drinks like tea and coffee, which will make you have to urinate even more often.

******
2 more weeks and Adam wil;l be full term. I can't wait to give birth already! I am so uncomfy now that I can't even sit cross legged or turn in bed without pain. I've also gained a lot of weight (158 lbs as of last weigh in!!!). I hope a lot has gone to Adam. Then again I hope not that a lot since I may have a hard time pushing him out. My doctor suggested an epidurial birth but I am having second thoughts. It may seem surreal but I am kinda afraid of the pain. Now that's something new.

Now on my 34th Week!

Hello Arvee!
34 weeks pregnant

Let the countdown begin. This week marks the beginning of your last month of pregnancy. By now your baby should have fully developed lungs (the better for crying with when she's born). If you're worried about going into premature labor, you'll be happy to know that babies born at 35 weeks or beyond have an excellent chance of being healthy and strong.

Your baby now weighs more than 4.7 pounds/ 2.2 kilograms and is 18 inches/ over 45 centimeters from top to toe. She's filling out and getting rounder - she'll need her fat layers later to regulate her body temperature.

If you don't already talk to your baby, this is a good time to start - at 35 weeks her hearing is fully developed. Don't feel ridiculous if you're already chatting in baby talk. Some evidence shows that newborns pay closer attention to high-pitched tones.

If you've been nervous about going into premature labor, you'll be happy to know that 99 per cent of babies born at week 35 can survive outside the womb - and most have no major problems. Although your baby's central nervous system is still maturing, her lungs are nearly fully developed by now.

Many women start to notice a tingling sensation or numbness in the pelvic region or pain as they walk. This may be caused by the pelvic joints loosening, ready for labor. If you're terribly uncomfortable, mention it to your doctor and check out our self-help tips.

Now on my 32nd Week!

Hello Arvee!
32 weeks pregnant

No wonder you're starting to feel huge — it's crowded in there! The growing pressure on your bladder may mean frequent trips to the restroom — which can make a good night's sleep difficult. You may be gaining around 500g/ 1lb a week now and roughly half of that goes right to your baby. In fact, he'll gain a third to half of his birth weight during the next seven weeks, fattening up for survival outside the womb. Thanks to these fatty deposits, his skin is getting plumper and looking healthier.

Your baby now weighs approximately 3.75 pounds/ 1.7 kilograms and is about 17 inches/ 42 centimeters long from head to toe. Although his lungs won't be fully developed until just before birth, your little one is inhaling amniotic fluid to exercise his lungs and practice breathing.

Some babies have a head of hair already, others have only a few wisps. Thick hair at birth doesn't necessarily mean thick hair later on but children with fine hair in childhood usually have thinner hair in adulthood.

If your baby is a boy, his testicles should be descending from his abdomen into his scrotum. Sometimes however, one or both testicles won't move into position until after birth. In two-thirds of all baby boys who have undescended testicles at birth, the condition corrects itself by the boy's first birthday.

Boy, do I know what the update is talking about! Since Friday I started feeling so big and so, so hot. I'm sweating buckets. My thighs are so big I have cellulite. Yuck. We will be getting our maternity shot pics any day now. So excited! =)

Now on my 31st Week!

Hello Arvee!
31 weeks pregnant

Don't panic if you feel your baby moving less frequently now. She's got less room to move in your uterus and can't do the backflips and somersaults you're both used to. As long as you can feel her squirming from time to time, she's fine. By this stage, most babies have turned head down into the "cephalic" position ready for birth. A few take a little longer and a few remain stubbornly upright in the "breech" position. If your baby is breech, there's still time for her to turn.

Your baby's arms, legs and body continue to fill out - and they are finally proportional in size to her head. She weighs about 3.3 pounds/ 1.5 kilograms and looks more like a newborn. She measures about 16 inches/ 41 centimeters from crown to toe.

Your baby's organs are continuing to mature and she is passing water from her bladder: good practice for the urinating she'll do after she's born. Soon you can wonder what your baby is wishing for - brain scans have shown that fetuses have periods of dream sleep around month eight.

You've probably gained three to four pounds/ 1.3 to 1.8 kilograms this month. Gaining a pound/ 450 grams a week is quite normal during the last trimester as your baby has a final growth spurt before birth.

On other news, we just had our first maternity shoot yesterday! So much fun! Can't wait to post photos here! :)

Now on my 30th Week!

Hello Arvee!
30 weeks pregnant

Good news — at this point your baby's lungs and digestive tract are nearly mature, meaning she'll do much better in the event of premature birth. She's also becoming more cramped in your uterus and less able to move so freely, although when she does move, it's very noticeable.

Your baby may soon slow up growing in length, (he measures about 15.7 inches/ 40 centimeters from crown to toe by now), he will continue to gain weight until he's born.

This week your baby continues to open and shut his eyes. He can probably see what's going on in utero, distinguish light from dark and even track a light source. If you shine a light on your stomach, your baby may move his head to follow the light or even reach out to touch the moving glow. Some researchers think baring your stomach to light stimulates visual development. But don't expect 20/20 vision when your baby is born - newborns can see a distance of only about 8 to 12 inches/ 20 to 30 centimeters. (Children with normal vision don't reach 20/20 vision until about age 7 to 9.) To complete the picture, your baby now has eyebrows and eyelashes.

A pint and a half/ around a liter of amniotic fluid now surrounds your baby but that volume decreases as he gets bigger and has less room in your uterus. As you and the baby continue to grow, don't be alarmed if you feel breathless, as if you can't get enough air; it's just your uterus pressing against your diaphragm. There is a light at the end of the tunnel though. At about 34 weeks (or just before birth, if this is your second or third pregnancy), your baby's head will move down into your pelvis as the baby gets into the right position for birth. That will make breathing and eating a lot easier.

Now on my 29th Week!

Hello Arvee!
29 weeks pregnant

Your baby's head is getting bigger and his brain is developing billions of neurons (important for later learning) at an amazing rate. His nutritional needs are growing too. To meet his body's demands, you'll need plenty of protein, vitamin C, folic acid, and iron. His bones in particular are soaking up lots of calcium right now, so drink your milk (or if you don't like the taste, try calcium-enriched orange juice).

Your baby now weighs around 2.5 pounds/ 1.1 kilograms and measures about 15 inches/ 38 centimeters from head to toe. In boys, testicles descend from near the kidneys through the groin en route to the scrotum. In girls, the clitoris is relatively prominent because it's not yet covered by the still-small labia. These will grow to cover it in the last few weeks before birth.

Your baby's head is getting bigger, and brain growth is very rapid at this time. Nearly all babies react to sound by 30 weeks.

Your baby's nutritional needs reach their peak during the third trimester. You'll need plenty of protein, vitamin C, folic acid, iron, and calcium (about 200 milligrams is deposited in your baby's skeleton every day), so eat foods rich in these nutrients. The skeleton hardens even more and the brain, muscles, and lungs continue to mature. So take a look at our eating well guide to make sure you are getting the right minerals and vitamins.

A few more weeks to go! Can't wait!

Now on my 28th Week!

Hello Arvee!
28 weeks pregnant

You may notice about now, that your baby moves around a lot more when you have a bath or shower. She's responding to the light and noise. Your breasts may begin to produce colostrum, the concentrated early milk, so don't be surprised if they leak a little.

You're in the home stretch. The third trimester typically starts at week 29 and lasts until week 40 and sometimes even beyond. (Don't worry - 42 weeks is the maximum! After that, a woman usually is induced to give birth.) Most women gain an average of 11 pounds/ 5 kilograms during this trimester.

By this week, your baby weighs nearly 2.3 pounds/ a little over 1 kilograms and may measure 14.8 inches/ 38 centimeters from top to toe. At about this time, your baby can open his eyes and turn his head in utero if he notices a continuous, bright light shining from the outside. His fat layers are forming and his fingernails appear.

You're probably vacillating between feeling as if you've been pregnant forever and being nervous about labor and birth. Checking off things on your to-do list can help. Start selecting possible baby names and begin thinking about life after the birth as well.

You'll probably be seeing your doctor more often in these last few weeks.

________

7 months! Hurrah!

So happy.

On other news, I now have edema or manas. It looks so unbecoming. Yeech. Will be going on a diet but not to the extent that I will hurt Adam. Will just curtail my unhealthy munching.

Now on my 27th Week!

Hello Arvee!
27 weeks pregnant

You're in the home stretch — two trimesters down, one more to go. Your baby is growing steadily as he prepares for delivery day. He will gain weight rapidly over the next weeks and, as the size of your bump increases, you may feel more breathless and tired. Your baby's acting more like a newborn now, too. He opens and closes his eyes, sleeps and wakes at regular intervals, and may suck a finger or thumb. He may also be hiccupping a lot this week, which explains that odd rhythmic sensation you've probably been feeling.

Your baby now weighs nearly 2 pounds/ 875 grams and measures 14.5 inches/ 36.6 centimeters from head to toe. Her eyes open and close, she sleeps and wakes at regular intervals and she may suck a finger or thumb.

Sweet dreams, little baby! Some experts believe that babies begin to dream by the 28th week. What do they dream about? No one knows for certain but the brain is active this week as well. The characteristic grooves on the brain's surface start to appear and more brain tissue develops.

Chalk up any rhythmic movement you may be feeling to a case of the hiccups, which are common this week and throughout the pregnancy. Your baby has them but is breathing in amniotic fluid rather than air. A paper bag can't cure her hiccups, obviously, but an episode usually lasts only momentarily. The sensation for you may be strange but not unpleasant.

Since your uterus is now up near your rib cage, you may now find yourself short of breath if you haven't already. Starting now and continuing through the last three months of pregnancy, you may be plagued by leg cramps, hemorrhoids, varicose veins and an itchy abdomen. Are pregnancy discomforts getting you down? Try some natural remedies to perk you up.

Now on my 26th Week!

Hello Arvee!
26 weeks pregnant

Your baby's becoming more sensitive to sound as the network of nerves in her ears develops. If dad talks to her now, she might learn to recognize his voice. The more she hears it, the more likely she is to find it soothing after she's born. If he feels strange just talking to the baby, he can read the newspaper or a book out loud.

Measuring your baby from top to toe with his legs extended, he is about 14 inches/ 35.6 centimeters. He weighs a little more than 1.6 pounds/ 760 grams. Your baby's eyes begin to open around now. Response to sound grows more consistent toward the end of the seventh month, when the network of nerves to the ear is complete. He also continues to take small breaths and although he's only breathing in water and not air, it's still good practice for when he's born.

Since your baby is now growing so fast, and brain development is so intense at this stage, your nutrition is very important. Continue to eat a well-balanced diet that includes plenty of grains and vegetables. Fiber-rich foods, including whole-grain breads and cereals, lentils and brown rice are high in vitamin B and help fend off constipation.

Your prenatal classes should start sometime in the next few weeks, if it hasn't already. Classes should provide you with good, clear information about the birth and the early days of parenthood. Keeping informed goes a long way toward calming any concerns you may have about giving birth.

My doctor is still not satisfied with Adam's weight and so are we. :( I don't know what to do anymore since I eat a lot and I even take a lot of vitamins. I don't even look 6 months pregnant! I'm trying to eat small meals now but like 5-6 times a day so that baby will get bigger and not mommy. I am so anxious to get him ultrasound 4D style but since he is still small it will just have to be put off for another month. On a good note, we found a good and cheap $D ultrasound clinic newly opened in Robinsons Starmills. Instead of the usual P3K (I hear some even charge P%K!) it only charges P1,500! That only made me more excited! =)

The baby now weighs nearly 1.5 pounds/ 660 grams and is approximately 13.5 inches/ 35 centimeters long from crown to heel. He makes breathing movements but has no air in his lungs yet. At 26 weeks, fetal brain scans show response to touch. If you shine a light on your abdomen, your baby will turn his head, which according to researchers, means his optic nerve is working.

At every prenatal visit, your doctor will take your blood pressure and do tests on a sample of your urine. In this way, pregnancy-related conditions such as pre-eclampsia and diabetes can be detected and treated.

Your fingers, wrists and hands may be feeling achy and numb. The carpal tunnel in the wrist is swollen, as are many other tissues in your body. Nerves that run through the tunnel end up pinched, creating pressure that manifests itself as shooting or burning pain. Wearing a brace may help; so will taking vitamin B6. Talk to your doctor about other ways to cope. Find out about natural remedies for numb or achy fingers.

Last week me and Jay were on Robinsons to buy his basketball shoes and we saw the cutest Nike shoes ever! I sow anted to buy one for Adam since they cost P800-P1,500 only (pretty steep if you'll consider the fact that they are just like 2 inches long and will just fit him for 2 months or so). Jay said that his Ate will be giving us Micah's Nike shoes for Adam to use. Pamana! Micha is the only boy in the brood until now so all his cutesy clothes, shoes and toys will be given to Adam. I have little qualms in using second hand things. I am the eldest in our brood and I am the one who usually give out hand me downs. But Jay said that Micah only used them for a month or two so they won't be gasgas. Sige na nga. But I'll be buying my son his first owned Nike shoes din! :)

Now on My 23rd Week!

Hello Arvee!
23 weeks pregnant

Feeling energetic and excited about the forthcoming birth? If you find yourself dancing around the house with joy, your baby will hear the music and feel you sway, since his hearing and sense of movement are well developed now. He's also started blinking his eyelids. At the end of this week, your baby becomes "viable". This means that he has a chance of survival if he makes an early arrival. However, with each week that passes, he becomes more and more mature and better able to cope with the outside world.

Well I hope s/he still won't come up thou. =)

Ultrasound is finally set this week! Yay! We will finally know if it's Jay Adam or Hannah Agatha! Will be going this Wednesday. Finally, we will now know! I am anxious to buy those gorgeous jumpsuit I saw at SM last week. I will be buying two set of clothes - pambahay and for pictorial purposes. hehe I don't want my baby to look gusgusin on his/her pictorial. My baby will have good fashion sense this early! But all is not well and dandy. Baby is too small, OB said. I may be shifting vitamins soon to remedy this. My appetite is not helping either since I don't feel like eating a lot these past few days. I actually feel like vomiting. Also, my singit feels painful from time to time. Does this mean my womb is too mababa? I sure hope not since this can lead to a CS operation. Birth funds are almost 100% intact soon and that gives me relief. I can now focus on just being well and dandy.

Can't wait for Wednesday!

Now on My 22nd Week!

Last week was crazy with Typhoon Ondoy rampaging everyone and everything on its path that's why I was unable to post my baby developments for the week. Won't happen this week though.

Hello Arvee!
22 weeks pregnant

The baby now weighs almost one pound/ 430 grams, measures nearly 11 inches/ just over 27 centimeters long from crown to heel, and is proportioned like a newborn, albeit a thinner version since her baby fat hasn't yet developed. Although she's getting heavier every day, her skin still appears wrinkled because she needs to gain more weight. The lips are distinct and the eyes are formed, though the iris (the colored part of the eye) still lacks pigment. The pancreas, essential in the production of hormones, is developing steadily.

Even this early, the first signs of teeth appear in the form of tooth buds beneath the gum line. Before you know it, your baby will be born, and soon after, her first teeth will come through.

You've probably gained between 12 and 15 pounds/ 5.4 and 6.8 kilograms. Starting now, you'll begin to put on weight more steadily, averaging about half a pound/ 225 grams per week. You may crave certain foods and you may notice an increased (but not bloody) vaginal discharge. Both are a normal part of being pregnant.

I'm growing to be pretty big already. Well, smaller still for my month but big nonetheless. My tummy is now more noticeable which makes me happy coz I don't want baby to be really small. I want him/her to be small enough for me to deliver the normal way but not so small that s/he will be malnourished.

My next check up is this 14th but I'm moving it to the 17th. I will be 6 months pregnant by that time and I'm really hoping the doctor will now give me the go to have the gender ultrasound. I really am excited to find out if baby will be a girl or a boy. Already people are predicting the baby will be a girl coz I'm more prettier DAW than usual and I agree! haha I sure hope we are getting a girl. =)

Now on My 19th Week!

Hello Arvee!
19 weeks pregnant

Congratulations! You've hit the halfway mark in your pregnancy. You'll start growing even more rapidly in the weeks to come, so don't be surprised if you find yourself slowing down. If you feel the urge to indulge in an afternoon nap, go for it, if you can — you and your baby deserve it. Her hearing is developing, and she'll be getting used to the sound of your voice. Tiny teeth are also forming in her gums.

Also on another baby center article

You're halfway there! The top of your uterus now reaches your belly button and will grow about a centimeter per week. The fetus measures around 6 inches/ 15 centimeters long from crown to rump and weighs about 9 ounces/ 240 grams.

She has started to swallow amniotic fluid, and her kidneys continue to make urine. Hair on the scalp is sprouting.

Sensory development reaches its peak this week. The nerve cells serving each of the senses - taste, smell, hearing, seeing, and touch - are now developing in their specialized areas of the brain. Nerve cell production slows down as existing nerve cells grow larger and make more complex connections. If you're carrying a baby girl, she already has roughly six million eggs in her ovaries. By the time she's born, she'll have about one million.

You may have felt the kicking and somersaulting of your growing baby. At times, you might find that she is so mobile that you can't sleep. The next ten weeks or so will be your baby's busiest and most active time, until the womb gets too crowded.

I just came from the doctor for my monthly check up and baby is fine although I am a little anemic and my asthma is worse. I have been prescribed to take my inhaler till the 9th month of my oregnancy. That's additional P1,300 for me. *sigh* My lung doctor said that if my asthma won't be under control till my 9th month then I MIGHT have trouble giving birth the normal way. Yaikes! I so wanted to give birth the normal way coz 1. it's waaaaaaaaaay cheaper and 2. the meds can hurt not just me but baby. So I really am doing my best to get things under control. My OB also told me that I gained 7 lbs but where did the pounds go? I am no fatter than before and my tummy is growing in slow motion. I also don't have much of an appetite and sometimes just consume half a cup of rice. Must be the water.

Heard baby's heartbeat again today. It's around 150. Really hoping we can see baby's gender next month!

Now on My 18th Week!

Hello Arvee!
18 weeks pregnant

Your baby is twice as big as he was last month but he still weighs only about 190g (6.7oz). Meanwhile, most of the weight you've gained is from amniotic fluid, placenta, and water retention. Although things may seem calm on the surface, your little one is kicking, flexing, reaching, rolling, and even sucking his thumb now. If you haven't felt him move yet, you will in the next few weeks. His hearing is now functioning and he will be listening to your heartbeat.

Baby is kinda big now. In 2 weeks time we can now opt to see the baby's gender. I am rooting for a girl and so is my husband and family but isn't my blog skin yelling "I'm gonna be a boy?" Hmm..a boy will be okay too but as much as apossible we want a girl. Why? Because girls are more fun to dress up! haha We are thinking of the baby in terms of dolls and toys. :) Anyway, my Tummy should be a lot bigger in my opinion but it is still so small that tpeople still mistake me for being not pregnant. My favorite instance was when I was asked why I didn't avail of the free massage being given in our office. The person thinks it's my time of the month! And I was on my fourth month! I wish that baby will get a little bigger - at least the normal size as stated in the development chart.

Now on my Seventeenth Week!

Hello Arvee!
17 weeks pregnant

You may be gaining weight rapidly at this point, even if you're not eating much. Experts say that the amount of weight you put on during pregnancy is dictated primarily by your genes, so don't necessarily blame yourself if the weight's accumulating faster than you'd like. Your baby's movements are felt as a gentle, fluttering sensation at first, but get stronger and more obvious as time passes. Some babies kick vigorously and often, others are quieter. And many seem most active at night!

Gaining weight...still don't see it. I really don't have the big appetite I am waiting for. Maybe I should consider myself lucky I'm not a whale yet?

I feel so excited now that baby is 16 weeks. I can't believe how time flies. I am now 4 months pregnant! 5 more months to go and baby will be out and our world will be turned upside down - in a good way of course. I can now feel my pants getting really snug. I'm planning on wearing maternity clothes this week. I just have to find some in my closet and ask my mom to buy me one. She designated herself as my "stylist" for this pregnancy. Anyway, here's what Baby Center is saying about baby:

Hello Arvee!
16 weeks pregnant

Your baby's about the size of an avocado now but in the next three weeks, he'll go through a tremendous growth spurt — doubling his weight and increasing his length. In the meantime, he'll be playing with his umbilical cord and practicing breathing. You're going through a bit of a growth spurt yourself. Your uterus has expanded so much that the ligaments in your abdomen are stretching to make room for it. If you feel any twinges of pain now, that's why.

How your life's changing

You've probably gained at least 2.2kg/5lb by now, maybe as much as 4.5 kg/10 lb. Your uterus is growing and you might feel pangs caused by the ligaments stretching in your abdomen. These pains are usually temporary but your growing uterus will put extra strain on your back - follow our tips for protecting your back so that you avoid backache.

Many couples worry about what labour will be like and how they'll cope as new parents - it's all perfectly normal. Try chatting to couples with children about how they felt at this stage and read up on what happens in labour. It may help to read some birth stories so you know what to expect and to visit our bulletin board for new parents to find out what their babies are up to now.

It's a good time to arrange a last minute holiday if you can spare the time and money. Travelling in the middle trimester is often recommended because you are usually over the early pregnancy feelings of nausea and fatigue and still not too far advanced for size or premature labour to be a problem. If you are booking now for a flight later in pregnancy make sure your airline will allow you to fly at that stage. Otherwise follow our tips for trouble-free travel during pregnancy and enjoy your trip.

The size of an avocado...whoa, that's big! I can't wait for baby to get much bigger! And I can travel? Does this mean I can still use my Boracay GC? Coolness!

Baby News After a Million Years

I've been a very bad blogger forgeting to update this blog. So many things has been going on especially on my health that blogging has taken a back seat. Anyway, I'm on my 15th week now and here's what Baby Center has to say about the baby's development:

Hello Arvee!
15 weeks pregnant

Starting this week, any stomach rumblings you feel may be your baby trying out some acrobatics, since she can now move all her limbs. She's also becoming sensitive to light. If you shine a torch at your tummy, she's likely to move away from the beam. Anxious to know whether she's really a she or actually a he? Your baby's external genitals are probably developed enough by now that an ultrasound technician can make a good guess at the sex. An amniocentesis is often recommended at this stage of pregnancy for women over 35 and those who have a family history of birth abnormalities. It is also a test which can tell you for certain whether you're expecting a girl or a boy... if you want to know.

So we can now know the gender? I am so anxious to know actually! We all want a girl but if you'll look at me I'm starting to wonder that maybe it will turn out to be a boy. Why? I just look so blah these days! And I have developed this ugly black patch under my mouth. Ugh. And now I have pimples. The only good thing now is that my underarms have whiten but that's thanks to the whitening deodorant I am using. But we are still hoping and praying it's a girl and as mentioned before we shall be naming her Hannah Agatha. THe spelling of Hannah has been voted in Facebook. But if it's a boy the name's going to be Jay Adam. I just wish s/he will have Jay's chinky eyes. So cute!

Oh, and this means I am on my second trimester already! =)

Now on my Eleventh Week!

Forgive the late post. Here's my baby's development for this week:

Your fetus now looks like a baby, with tiny but fully-formed fingers and toes. As his body grows and becomes more developed and functional, he'll start twisting and turning like an acrobat, cushioned and protected by your amniotic fluid. You, on the other hand, are probably feeling less like a gymnast every day. Leg cramps, which can sometimes be a sign of calcium deficiency, and heartburn (caused by pregnancy hormones that relax the valve which separates the esophagus from the stomach) may be annoying you during the day and keeping you up at night. Just remember, all this suffering is temporary — and it's all in a good cause — you're having a baby!

Now on My 10th Week!

I've subscribed to Baby Center's for my weekly updates on my growing baby and this is what it has to say on Baby Hanna/Adam's developments for this week:

Your baby has tiny fingernails now and the ability to kick, swallow, and move. That's quite impressive for someone who's only the size of a lipstick case. That will change soon; within the next few weeks, your featherweight child should double in size. You may notice your clothes getting tighter as your uterus is now almost big enough to fill your pelvis.

Can't wait to wear maternity clothes. I'm sick of our office's uniform! Hehe!
